2. Download the letter below, or request one from your unit

3. Fill out the Waiver letter with your information and your school's information

4. The letter is already signed by the Education Services Officer (ESO)

5. Hand carry the signed and completed waiver to your school

6. Your school will credit your account according to thier rules and guidelines

7. Now apply for FTA

1. Download the application by clicking the link below, or request one from your unit

2. Fill out the application neatly, ensuring the correct DEPT / Course numbers

3. Enter the tuition cost and related fees AFTER the waiver discount, according to what you are billed

4. Sign and date the application

5. Have your unit commander, or authorized representative 'approve' and sign the application in section II

6. Have an E-7 or above sign and date the application in section III

7. Turn in your application, your schedule, and your bill to the Education office
