Funding

All benefits are subject to federal and state funding limits. Although we do not foresee running out of money, benefits cannot be guaranteed until money has been obligated by the education office.

Limitations

Some institutions charge additional fees that cannot be paid for by the government, these are not considered part of the 100% and would have to be paid out of pocket.

Depending on the institution you choose it may take a combination of benefits to equal 100% of tuition costs. Be sure to check with the Education office prior to registration to ensure you have applied for all benefits

Are you are part of an accreditted school that wants your name listed here? Contact the Education Liason to set up an appointment. Once we verify a soldier may attend your school tuition free we'll add you to the list.

These schools have decided to go the extra mile and offer substantial military discounts.

Fairleigh Dickinson University has decided to lower its tuition rate to $250/per credit (The same rate as the Federal Tuition Assistance).

Capitol College is giving 1/2 price tuition to Guard members. Service members may still use thier other benefits to fund up to 100% of the cost.

Touro University International Offers a miitary discount program that reduces the cost to exactly what FTA will cover
